Sign the Olfactory Art Manifest

La-Pittura-Dei-Suoni-Rumori-Odori-1-webOn August 11th, 101 years after the manifest of Carlo Carra “La Pittura dei suoni, rumori, odori: Manifesto futurista” [The Painting of Sounds, Noises, Smells: Futurist Manifesto], Peter de Cupere will sign the Olfactory art manifest with his own smell which he has developed over the past 2 years through distillation of his bodily smells. After two years of intensively collecting his bodily smells and distilling these, he has only a small bottle ‘Own Smell’ at my disposal. This smell extract will be the ink to sign the manifest.

Ongoing exhibitions

Next Door, Living Tomorrow, Vilvoorde (BE)

living-tommorow

At living tomorrow a platform for future-oriented art is created.
The presentation of the works is not displayed as in a gallery, but is exhibited in a symbiotic integration with an eye on a future way of life.
The concept of the exhibition "NEXT DOOR" is simple. Our world is changing extremely fast. Next Door is a network-exhibition, a logical answer to our network society.

In Living Tomorrow Peter de Cupere shows  a Flower concept.

5 drawings and 1 model of his Brewery Flowers.

VIDEO INVISIBLE (SCENT) PAINTINGS in 'Museum in Motion', Marta - Herford

video-invisible-scent-paintings

Peter de Cupere presented his Invisible (SCENT) Paintings using the scratch & sniff technology. The scent gives in relation to the title of the painting a certain context. Only by scratching the surface and smelling the scent on your fingers you understand the meaning of the title.
